By commissioning LoreBee (the Artist), the client agrees to these Terms of Service and acknowledges LoreBee’s art style.

It is strictly prohibited to: Trace, copy, reproduce, or steal the artwork in any form. Claim the artwork as their own creation. Edit, alter, or modify the artwork without prior written permission from the Artist.

Clients may not request replication of specific memes, imitation of other artists’ styles, or close reproduction of another creator’s work. References may be provided for inspiration; however, all artwork will be created in LoreBee’s personal style and interpreted through her creative vision and artistic judgment.

LoreBee reserves the right to decline any commission request if the content does not align with her style, capabilities, or personal comfort.

The Artist reserves the right to use commissioned work for portfolio display, self-promotion, and social media publication. If the client requests that a commission remain private and unpublished, a privacy fee will apply.

Designs may be simplified to ensure clarity and readability, especially for emotes.

Prices are subject to change at any time (this does not affect confirmed commissions).

LoreBee primarily offers animation services for emotes.

For animation-only commissions, the client must confirm that the original artist has granted explicit permission for the artwork to be animated. Proper credit to the original artist is required.

LoreBee will not alter, redesign, or modify the original artwork in any way. The animation will remain faithful to the original design provided.

Animation-only commissions must be based strictly on the original file submitted. New elements will not be added unless properly layered files are provided for animation purposes.

In addition to emotes, LoreBee may accept animation projects for full illustrations. These projects are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Pricing varies depending on complexity, duration, required effects, and overall scope. Clients are encouraged to inquire for a custom quote.

All prices are in USD.

Payments are processed via PayPal invoice only. The extra PayPal Administrative Fee commission is included.

Full payment is required before work begins.

Invoices must be paid within 3 days. After that, the invoice will be canceled and the slot will be given to another client.

No refunds once payment has been made and work has begun.

Clients may cancel freely before payment.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate permanent blacklist.

Rush commissions are accepted only if LoreBee’s schedule permits.

Rush fees: +40% for delivery within approximately 2 weeks. +60% for delivery in less than 2 weeks.

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and based on the average turnaround of previous rush commissions. The final delivery timeframe may vary depending on the size, complexity, and quantity of the order.

In some cases, the timeline may be adjusted in discussion with the client to ensure a realistic and manageable schedule for both parties.

Rush fees apply to the total commission price.

Commissions are for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.

The Artist retains full copyright ownership of all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized use, modification, or redistribution of the artwork is strictly prohibited.

Clients may use commissioned artwork on streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Discord, etc.) and social media.

Clients may not: Resell, Redistribute, Mint as NFT, Use for AI training, Print or sell as merchandise.

Commercial rights require an additional 100% fee of the base price.

Clients must provide clear references, ideas, and instructions when commissioning.

Once approved, your order will be added to LoreBee’s Trello queue for tracking.

A sketch will be provided for review. This is the stage for major changes.

After sketch approval: Only minor adjustments (such as small color tweaks or previously mentioned details) will be allowed. Major changes, pose alterations, concept revisions, or any structural modifications will incur an additional fee.

Once final files are delivered, the commission is considered complete. Any additional changes requested after delivery will be subject to additional charges.

The Client understands that no physical product will be shipped. All commissioned artwork is delivered digitally via email or Discord.

By purchasing a commission, the Client acknowledges that this transaction is for digital goods only.

Commissions are completed in order of arrival.

Estimated completion time: 1–3 months.

This timeframe may vary depending on queue size and project complexity.

By commissioning LoreBee, the client acknowledges that delays may occur and agrees to allow adequate time for completion.

Violation of these Terms of Service will result in permanent blacklist from future commissions.
